To protect your Textured Flags Concrete Paving Slabs from the risk of efflorescence, a white, crystalline substance that stains and spoils the slab's high-quality finish, each stone is treated with Ef-Stop. This process lasts for twelve hours and ensures that your stones are protected and look their vibrant best for many years.

To remove algae and get your stones looking their vibrant best, the manufacturer recommends using hot water with a non-bio washing powder and a standard stiff yard brush for general cleaning purposes. Once cleaned, rinse the area thoroughly with clean water for best results.

Please note:

You should not use a high-pressure washer to clean your paving, as aggressive washing may cause damage to the surface of your stones. While a light-powered hose at medium pressure is generally all you will require to clean general dirt from your stones, if using a power washer, you should always test a trial area before large scale pressure washing occurs.
