Not only are Palio Rigid Luxury Vinyl Tiles compatible with all underfloor heating systems, providing they do not exceed 27 degrees Celsius, but thanks to its R9 slip resistance rating, this waterproof tile will provide a low degree of protection from slippages in any room.

As well as its hardwearing 0.3mm PVC embossed wear layer and hygienic PU surface protection, the Palio Rigid Torcello LVT has an acoustic backing layer, which will help to decrease noise level transfer by up to 19dB.

Installation Tips

Easy to lay flooring for experts and DIY enthusiasts alike, Palio Rigid's innovative patented 2G click-locking mechanism allows you to install your planks in the same way you would lay standard laminate flooring. Its simple tongue and groove design remove the need for adhesives to hold the plank in position. The only tool you will need to lay your flooring is a sharp concave bladed knife, which you can use to cut your planks to size. For best results, gently score a line across the width of your plank surface and snap it by keeping it face-side up and applying downward pressure on either side of your line.

R Rating (Slip Resistance): R9

Please note:

A 5mm expansion gap is required when installing your flooring.
Please refer to the installation instructions for rooms with high temperature fluctuations. While Palio Rigid is compatible with underfloor heating systems, the temperature must not exceed 27 degrees Celsius.
With a slip resistance rating of R9, this tile provides low levels of protection against slippages. For this reason, they are best suited to rooms that rarely get exposed to water. If, however, you wish to lay R9 tiles in a bathroom, it is vitally important you use a towel or bathmat to dry your feet before stepping onto your LVT floor.
