Featuring an exquisite whitewashed finish that will bring vibrancy to any room in your home, the modern Palio Rigid Palmaria Luxury Vinyl Tile comprises light blonde and almost beige tones with darker brown accents.

As Karndean's Palio Rigid Palmaria Luxury Vinyl Tile is waterproof and has an R9 slip resistance rating, it is suitable for any room, particularly in rooms where exposure to wet conditions is minimal. It is also fully compatible with underfloor heating systems, providing the temperature does not exceed 27 degrees Celsius.

Suitable for any room throughout your home, these incredibly hardwearing tiles can be applied directly onto most hard floors, even uneven surfaces, such as wooden and tiled floors. It has an acoustic backing incorporated into its design, reducing noise transfer to the rooms beneath by up to 19dB.

Installation Tips

  • Easy to lay flooring for experts and DIY enthusiasts alike, Palio Rigid's innovative patented 2G click-locking mechanism allows you to install your planks in the same way you would lay standard laminate flooring. Its simple tongue and groove design remove the need for adhesives to hold the plank in position. The only tool you will need to lay your flooring is a sharp concave bladed knife, which you can use to cut your planks to size. For best results, gently score a line across the width of your plank face and snap it by keeping it face-side up and applying downward pressure on either side of your line.

Please note:

  • A 5mm expansion gap is required when installing your flooring.
  • Please refer to the installation instructions for rooms with high temperature fluctuations. While Palio Rigid is compatible with underfloor heating systems, the temperature must not exceed 27 degrees Celsius.
  • With a slip resistance rating of R9, this tile provides low levels of protection against slippages. For this reason, they are best suited to rooms that rarely get exposed to water. If, however, you wish to lay R9 tiles in a bathroom, it is vitally important you use a towel or bathmat to dry your feet before stepping onto your LVT floor.
