Description

UltraFloor Grip & Grab IT is a MS-polymer based fast curing, high quality multi-purpose adhesive and sealant. With a very high initial tack for extreme grab it cures to form a durable, elastic bond. This Multi-Purpose adhesive will make any job much easier.

Perfect for sealing and bonding nearly all materials on both non-porous and porous surfaces, it has boast excellent adhesion without the need to prime as long as the surface is clean.

  • Fast curing time
  • Adheres exceptionally on porous and non-porous surfaces
  • No need to prime at all
  • Perfect for interior and exterior applications including wet & damp conditions
  • Suitable for areas that reach up to 70 Celsius

Manufacturers advise that for areas above that temperature (such as a fireplace) ensure the tiling is 100mm away from the heat source.

Surface preparation

Please ensure the tile adhesive is completely dry and the tiles are secured firmly on the wall before grouting. The joints must be free from dust, grease and excess adhesive.
